Let me start by saying I am a 19 year old girl that came in with JUST my mom and yk how a lot of the times as soon as a salesman sees a woman, especially a young one, they immediately think like mmm yea im gonna get a GREAT commission from them. I’ve never bought or leased a car before and I knew I was interested in Honda. The salesman Adam Caiazza was truly the best salesman I could have asked for. Was not pushy AT ALL and genuinely took the time to get to know what I liked and what I was looking for in a car. If i could give him a 100000000/10 recommendation I 100% would. He’s incredibly personal like I genuinely felt I had known him for so long lots of laughs and giggles. Little secret is after we got thru the process of getting my car leased he told us I was actually his first customer at this dealership even though he had years of experience at another dealership and i would have NEVER known. He is INCREDIBLY good at his job and I would recommend him to absolutely everyone looking for a car. I love my car and I feel like he got me a GREAT deal.

I enjoyed a good experience in purchasing a 2025 Honda CRV sports L hybrid. My salesman Tyler Maloy did an amazing job of making the experience something memorable. He was able to get a better price on the new car than another dealership, and also my trade brought in a better price than what Carvana offered me. He went out of his way to install the new CRV mats I purchased in the new car while I completed the deal in the financial office. Tyler Maloy shared his pointers about driving the hybrid car during my test drive, and later in more detail, after I purchased the car explaining its features. The process of buying a new car was quicker than I thought, with a better outcome in terms of price for my trade-in and on the new car. I am a happy customer. Additionally I have a year of free service on the new car with 2 oil changes etc. Based on my own experience, I highly recommend Diehl Honda as a place to get a good deal on a car. I also recommend Tyler Maloy as your salesman.

tyler was great !! very helpful and was very patient and understanding through the 5 hours we were there, 2 hours after closing even !!! me and my mom got to he same car and tyler helped the whole way through.
