I went from leasing my car to buying my car this past Saturday the 15th of November and I worked with Bree and she was awesome! It definitely was not an easy process getting here but I'm still driving the car that I got back in 2023 and they worked with my credit and kept me in the car that I'm in

Listen… when I say my car broke down three times in one week, I’m not exaggerating. At this point my car was giving Old Testament levels of affliction. Plagues. Tribulations. “Lord, is this my Jordan River moment?” type of trials. I was 5 minutes away from washing it with the Holy Water I got in Rome. But then, like angels in uniform polos, the Diehl Honda Dealership Service Team stepped onto the scene. Every time my car decided to fall apart, very dramatically like it’s owner, Honda said, “Don’t worry, we got her.” And they did. With patience. With grace. With the emotional stamina of seasoned saints. They didn’t judge me when I came in the second time like, “Hey guys… I have another problem.” They didn’t blink when I returned for the third time like a character in a daytime soap opera screaming, “She’s flashing angry lights at me!” Nope. They just smiled that peaceful, customer-service smile that says, “Ma’am, we’ve seen worse.” These people diagnosed problems faster than WebMD and calmed my spiraling faster than a worship playlist. Truly, their discernment was strong. They are out here doing The Lord’s work in the marketplace! Bless them! They deserve an award. A parade. Their own Netflix series. If your car ever decides to rebel, backslide, or enter its Jonah-in-the-whale season, take it straight to the Diehl Honda team. They are heroes. They are warriors. They are the reason I didn’t set my car on holy fire, and call it a sacrifice, out of frustration. Curt, the service rep with the patience of a saint and the calm of someone who has seen every possible car catastrophe and still chooses kindness. This man greeted me on breakdown visit #2 like, “Hey, welcome back,” with the same energy Chick-fil-A employees say “my pleasure.” By visit #3, I genuinely expected him to hide under the desk, but no. Curt walked out with that noble, steady nod like, “We ride at dawn. Let’s fix this thing!” He explained things without making me feel like I’d failed Car Ownership 101. He kept me updated. He advocated for me. He possessed the spiritual gift of not laughing when I said, “I think my car is possessed and if I come back one more time before Christmas, Honda is gonna have to put me on their Christmas bonus program.” So yes, the Honda team was phenomenal, BUT Curt is a true superstar. Give this man a raise, a crown, an all expense paid vacation, or at least a dedicated parking spot with his name on it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five stars. And a bonus star just for Curt. 🙌🚗💫

After a Terrible experience at another dealership closer to my home I started off at Deihl with Pat who rode with me on my first test drive. He was so nice and made me laugh the whole time. It was much needed after my other experience! I still wasn’t sure between the CRV or HRV so I came back and did another test drive with Tom. They were both great making sure I got exactly what I wanted! Thanks to the dealership for going to PA to get the exact car I asked for! This was me and my husband’s very first new car purchase! I love it!
